Your percentage is calculated first — CGPA is worked out from those results, so this step only appears once your percentage above is ready. Enter the credit value for each course above (from your grade card or programme guide — IGNOU doesn't expose this on the portal page we read, so we can't fill it in for you). Grades are derived from the percentage already calculated for each course, using IGNOU's standard 10-point scale (A = 10 down to F = 5). Some older or non-CBCS programmes are known to use a different scale, so treat this as a close estimate and check your official grade card if a grade looks off.

Is this an official IGNOU website? +
No. IGNOU% is an independent tool. Always verify your final result against your official IGNOU grade card and marksheet.
Do you store my enrollment number? +
The frontend does not intentionally store your enrollment number. It is used to retrieve your grade card.
Can I upload my grade card instead? +
Yes, and it's the faster option. Download your grade card PDF from IGNOU, select your programme category and upload the PDF instead of waiting on the automatic fetch.
Is the calculated percentage accurate? +
The result is an estimated calculation. Use it as a convenient reference and verify it against official IGNOU documentation.
Can I calculate my CGPA too? +
Yes. Once your percentage is calculated, enter each course's credit value and the tool converts your course-wise percentages into a CGPA on IGNOU's 10-point scale. CGPA can only be calculated after the percentage step, since it's derived directly from those results.
